Spirited bidding at Cordeaux Heights auction

LAST Friday evening a substantial six-bedroom home in Cordeaux Heights complete with indoor pool fetched $1.522 million at auction.

The auction evening was well attended at the Belle Property Auction Centre, and attracted five registered parties. Auctioneer Damien Cooley took a $1.2 million opening bid on the home that last sold for $1,150,000 in 2015.

106 Booreea Boulevarde, Cordeaux Heights

Bidding between 3 parties quickly reached $1.425 million before stalling for a few moments. A fourth party then entered the bidding and a further 26 bids between the new bidder and the underbidder, before finally landing at $1.522 million and selling under the hammer, for well above the set reserve price.

Belle Property Illawarra agent Darren Kay described the home as a paradise of scaled-up proportions, sun-soaked aspects and unrivalled entertainers’ design. Rising high on a 1,749sqm parcel, it presents a blissful sanctuary with multiple decks and balconies over dual levels, scenic leafy views from every angle, and an amazing indoor pool heated for year-round comfort.

With 4 registered bidders who missed out, this presents a unique opportunity. If you are thinking of selling contact Darren Kay on 0411 187 768 or Nicole Kay on 0411 669 920.
