As of 11 October 2021, In-Room Auctions will be permitted to go ahead once again. The NSW Government’s COVID-19 safety plan says that all people aged 16 and over attending an auction must be fully vaccinated.
In line with these conditions, here are your options for attending and bidding at auctions.
In-Room Auctions
We are now permitted to hold In-Room Auctions, and you are welcome to attend if you meet the below criteria.
Are fully vaccinated and show your proof of vaccination to staff on arrival
Check-in via the Service NSW app
Wear a mask at all times and sanitise on arrival
Practice physical distancing of 1.5m from others
Please note, our capacity is limited to 1 person per 4sqm so please advise your agent if you are planning on attending the auction in person.
Telephone Bidding
If you are not fully vaccinated or you would be more comfortable not attending the in-room auction, you can organise to bid over the telephone with one of our agents.

Online Bidding
If you are not fully vaccinated or you would be more comfortable not attending the in-room auction, you also have the option of watching the live stream and bidding online via Auction Now.
You will need to register for the auction online, in advance via auctionnow.com.au
