I understand your concerns Bianca and hope I can put your mind at ease. Buyers have very limited choices right now as fewer properties are being listed for sale each week. The demand to purchase for many is still very strong and buyers are frustrated with the lack of opportunity.
We’ve found that pricing has held strong during the Covid-19 crisis and buyers that are genuine are willing to move forward and secure properties that meet their needs.
I’d suggest selling during this time could be an excellent strategy of getting ahead of the pack and positioning your home to the market whilst these low stock levels remain.
